Free lung cancer screening is now offered to eligible patients. This screening is designed to detect lung cancer early – often before symptoms appear – when treatment options are more effective and outcomes are significantly improved.
Lung cancer can develop quietly, particularly in people with a history of smoking. Screening is a simple way to check your health and gain peace of mind.
You may be eligible if you:
- Are 50 – 70 years of age
- Have a history of smoking (current or former)
If you’re unsure whether you qualify, a quick discussion with our GPs can determine eligibility and then arrange the appropriate referral.
There is no cost for eligible patients. Contact our reception team or book online. Early detection can make a meaningful difference.
