Dr. Cheng is a highly experienced and compassionate general practitioner who brings both depth of knowledge and a patient-centred approach to his care.
He completed his medical degree in China, followed by a Master of Science and PhD in Medical Sciences at the University of New South Wales. Before moving into general practice, Dr. Cheng worked for over a decade as an emergency medicine doctor, giving him extensive experience in managing urgent and complex health conditions.
He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and a Member of the Australian College of Emergency Medicine (ACEM).
Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Dr. Cheng is committed to making every patient feel comfortable, respected, and fully supported in their health journey. Patients value his calm manner, clear communication, and genuine dedication to their care

Dr. Jack Jiang has extensive experience working in Victoria and NSW hospitals across various specialties over the past decade. He has focused on general practice, with expertise in emergency medicine, orthopedics, mental health, ICU, obstetrics, and gynecology.
In addition to his medical practice, Dr. Jiang holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Sydney, where he developed a special interest in weight management and metabolic diseases.
He has also completed advanced certification in skin cancer medicine with the Australian Skin Cancer Institute and has a keen interest in chronic disease management, pediatrics, men’s health, mental health, and minor medical procedures.
In his free time, Dr. Jiang enjoys playing table tennis, badminton, and soccer.

John graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Podiatric Medicine. He began his career by training in both public and private health sectors. John has had experience in treating common lower limb pathologies, paediatric foot conditions, customised orthoKc manufacture and high risk foot care.
John’s early careers as a pharmacist and pathology lab technician enable him to approach podiatry with a comprehensive perspective, particularly when it comes to addressing foot and ankle issues in patients with complex medical conditions.
John has a special interest in diabetic foot care, lower limb biomechanics, ingrown toenail surgery and foot and ankle sport injuries.

Alicia completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from the University of Newcastle. She provides patient-centred care and integrates hands-on techniques with active rehabilitation to help people regain physical function, achieve their goals, and prevent re-injury.
Through her experience in the hospital and private settings, Alicia has developed a strong dedication to community physiotherapy, with a particular interest in neck, shoulder and back conditions.
Alicia works closely with patients and their families and collaborates with GPs, specialists, and allied health teams to provide coordinated, personalised, and holistic care. She is known for her warmth, enthusiasm, and caring nature, and is a strong advocate for her patients, ensuring they feel supported and empowered throughout their care.
Outside of work, Alicia enjoys spending time with her family, doing Pilates, travelling and exploring new restaurants around Sydney.

Ringo has completed a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (Honours) from the University of Sydney. He manages a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, and work-related cases across both acute and chronic presentations, including WorkCover and Medicare EPC patients.
Throughout his training and experience in private and hospital settings, he has successfully managed conditions such as neck and low back pain, ankle and knee injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, tendinopathies, osteoarthritis, and work-related injuries.
His treatment approach combines both hands-on therapy and structured rehabilitation to help patients reduce pain, restore movement, and build strength. He places a strong emphasis on education and active participation, ensuring each of his patients understands their condition and feels at the forefront of their treatment. With a competitive sporting background in football (soccer), he also has an appreciation for the physical and mental demands of injury rehabilitation.

Kenny is a registered psychologist who supports adults and older adults experiencing relationship issues, emotional challenges such as depression or anxiety, low self-esteem, or psychotic concerns. Drawing on his cultural background, he is particularly interested in working with Chinese-speaking clients.
Before becoming a psychologist, Kenny worked for over 20 years as a social worker, where he found great fulfilment in seeing his clients’ lives improve. This passion for helping others motivated him to pursue psychology.

Kenny takes a diverse approach to therapy, combining techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), desensitisation, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness. He is currently undertaking advanced training in psychodynamic psychotherapy, helping clients explore their coping strategies and attachment styles to foster lasting, meaningful change.
Outside of work, Kenny enjoys running, hiking, swimming, watching movies, listening to music, and catching up with friends over lunch
Ally Yuan graduated from the University of Sydney with experience in hospitals, community health, and research, including a PhD in cardiovascular disease. Ally worked with people across all stages of care and understood that health looks different for everyone. Ally focuses on inclusive, respectful, and tailored care to you. She will take the time to listen and offer practical, evidence-based advice that fits your lifestyle and culture to support you at your best.
In her free time, Ally enjoys playing table tennis, badminton, violin, painting and dancing.

When she’s not working, Massie loves baking and discovering new restaurants and cafés. She also enjoys relaxing with a good book.
